Fantastic comfortable, warm, clean and friendly place to stay. The building is full of period feature mixed with modern furnishings and decor. Great mattress to aid a good night sleep. I had everything I needed in my room. Plenty of coffee on tap served with an amazing smile by Rachel. Best breakfast I've had in ages. Gave me the best start to my day.

Absolutely lovely stay, superbly comfortable bed, breakfast was fabulous, smoked haddock to die for, hosts lively friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay any better. Highly recommended x

I stayed at the Browns Rooms on Saturday the 18th till Sunday the 19th of November 2017 with my Mum and Nephew. On entering the B&B we were greeted by Tim who was very helpful and friendly and gave us the key to our room as we were early and let us drop our bags off, so we could have a stroll down the beach. When we came back to the B&B we got our bags and went up to our room, to find it was a very spacious room with lovely beds and a En-suite. The couple was very helpful with giving us directions to the places and sights we wanted to see. I had the most amazing nights sleep in the double bed. Breakfast on Sunday was delicious, we have loads of different options to chose from. I would defiantly go back, as nothing was too much trouble and they are a lovely couple. Thanks A+

A really wonderful experience. Rebecca and Tim gave us a really warm welcome despite the fact that we were early, they made us a very much appreciated Pot of Tea not only for us but also my son and grandsons who were not even staying there. The White Room was immaculate, the breakfast great, so much choice, nothing too much trouble they even provided breakfast on our last morning for us and my son and grandsons. Will not stay any where else when in Cleethorpes. Highly recommend this establishment. Thankyou for a most enjoyable stay especially as the weather was so bad lol.
