Annette and the team make you feel very welcome and their service is superb. Annette recently gave my mother a make over and it was done in such a subtle and classy way. My mum was delighted and for 70 years old she looked amazing when she came home. More importantly it made my mums day and she will be using Annette and Browns in the future for all her beauty needs. Annette's experience is very much apparent and every time I pass the salon the team are always smiling and giving that customer service which is lacking from most retail and service industries. Well done Browns and keep up the great work and Annette, you just be proud of the team you've acquired as they really must be commended and I will always recommend your business to anyone I talk to. 🙂

Had a wax done by Lindy and she was amazing! Made you feel so comfortable and was professional. Very clean place with excellent customer service.

Excellent hair and beauty. Lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble, and results are equally good. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Used to get my hair cut here and also got wedding hair done here. Lovely staff and service. A bit lacking in providing inspiration though.
