I had an incredible hour long massage yesterday and can't recommend Balm enough. Lynette focused on the areas that needed the most work and applied just the right amount of pressure. Warm, cozy, beautiful products and no hard sell to buy anything. Very reasonable prices for incredible service - Balm is a hidden gem!

Under new management and with a new branding but with the same fantastic therapists. After a tricky few months at the salon,  I have gone back to find it transformed back to its original high standards and beyond. I had been nervous to return but was relieved to find that calm (or balm as it turns out!) has been restored and the salon is every bit as lovely as it used to be. Well done ladies, no mean feat to get everything back on an even keel after everything that's happened. I'm looking forward to my next treatment already xxx

Excellent service from friendly staff; recent change of management which has made a world of difference, so ignore older reviews.

Despite a hiccup under the previous owner, Balm (as it is now) is back to being WONDERFUL - the best therapists and treatments and products continue to delight.
