I had a beautiful pendant necklace that I bought elsewhere but the chain had broken. I took it to Browns who provided a beautiful silver chain from a wide selection and one of their wonderful goldsmiths attached my pendant. It looks as good as new and the chain is much better quality than the original one. Reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be using Browns again. Thank you so much.

Took 5 watches in all for battery change, all done in 2 hours definitely recommend
Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They don't shove the most expensive thing onto you if you ask for their opinion they help you choose something to suit you that you like. I've bought and been bought a few items from this shop and I think they're brilliant.
Excellent. It's a great shop + the staff r as helpfull + accomodating as they can possibly b. The jewellery they sell is of an exceptional standard + the prices r the best I'v found. I wish I cud giv them mor than 5 stars, u won't find better.
