Thank you lovely ladies at Kingston Jewellers for making the choosing and buying of our wedding rings so pleasurable. My wife to be was feeling under pressure with all the things she had to do so choosing our bespoke wedding rings after Xmas, paying you weekly and collecting them last week was a magical time for us. We can't wait to wear them on our wedding day on 26th April and show them to our friends and family! See you soon for an eternity ring, but keep it a secret(!)

My partner and I have had a really bad experience with Kingston Jewellers We ordered our wedding rings of over £800 in November and was told they would be ready in 8 - 10 weeks, however when the time lapsed we were told they hadn't been ordered until January because of the Christmas rush. We were not advised of this and the money would have been better in our accounts. When we phoned we were spoken to extremely rudely and were told they would be ready beginning of March, this came and went, not one phone call from them apologising or anything. We visited the premises and were told it would be a further 2 weeks, again this time came and went, no phone calls. I eventually phoned after three weeks, to find that t hey still had not received them, I threatened that I would seek legal advice. Luckily the next day we had a call to say they were ready. The shop is lovely, the rings are lovely, but the service is terrible, they do not phone, they exaggerate about the length of time the rings come and they keep your money for over a month before ordering. Really disappointed with this service
