I joined Brownes Boot Camp in the Spring, when I moved to Brentwood. I had belonged to other boot camps in the past, which were very strict military style, with plenty of mud and punishments! Brownes has a different take on boot camp training, encompassing the military themes of training but always with encouragement and a friendly smile (and way less mud!). Each of the trainers - Angus, Emma and Jack - are exceptional. They will push the best out of you, and no training session is ever the same. I come away from each session having reached my maximum heart rate at some point and always feeling like I have worked for the full session, which is what I want from training. There is a great mix of men and women who attend the sessions and it is a very friendly, fun environment to train in. There are even mobile flood lights for the Tuesday evening session! I can't recommend Brownes enough. If you enjoy outdoor training in a group environment, you can beat the value for money and the fitness results speak for themselves. Give Brownes a try - you wont be disappointed.

I can highly recommend Brownes Boot camp. Angus works with our pupils every week and he is amazing with them; he is a fantastic motivator. If you are looking to get fit, I suggest you look no further than Brownes Boot Camp.

If you are looking for the best place in Essex to feel motivated and enjoy exercise there is no better place than Brownes. Angus makes every session challenging but fun so you keep coming back for more week in week out. It is also great value for money cannot recommend enough.

I've been going to Browne's Bootcamp twice a week, for just over two years now - every session is different and being able to train outdoors beats the gym any day! Angus is an excellent trainer and makes each session interesting and enjoyable. I really enjoy each session and always leave feeling like I've worked hard - my fitness level has improved so much since I first started!

Browns Bootcamp is one of the best exercise and teamwork activities that I have participated in - and its' outdoors which makes it even better! I've been attending for four months now and in that time have lost a stone in weight and also gained in strength, both physically and mentally. Each session is always different, which keeps things interesting, there's always a great group of people that attend and Angus is a fantastic trainer and motivator
