At Body Bliss Yoga we are the first purpose built Hot Studio with heats to 42 degrees in Essex. We also offer a variety of traditional styles.

Story

Welcome to Body Bliss Yoga, the first 42 degrees Hot Yoga Studio in Essex. Our beautiful, specially designed heated studio provides the perfect atmosphere to shape your body and de-stress your mind. Facilities also include: Ladies and gentlemen’s changing facilities including showers and a Yoga Shop. We are situated in London Road, Leigh-on-Sea with convenient parking close by.

Love all the hot yoga classes, yoga styles and experienced teachers at Bodybliss. Makes a huge positive difference after my practice, to how my body and mind feel afterwards.. and the increased strength & energy!
Last September I signed up to the Level 3 YMCA Awards Diploma in Teaching Yoga at Body Bliss. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The teachers, videos and workshops guided me through the 500 learning hours. The course allowed me to deepen my knowledge on the Philosophy and Fundamentals of Yoga, and how to programme and develop a yoga session. Health and safety and understanding the Principles of Exercise, Fitness and Health as well as the Anatomy and Physiology of the body are integral in the course which I found so fascinating. Since the teaching training course I’ve also continued to keep a daily journal which helps me to grow in my yoga teaching. I am so grateful for the guidance and support of Body Bliss!
Highly recommend - started doing Pilates a couple of weeks ago and i'm so glad I did - being a newbie it can be a bit daunting, however David is amazing, shows you exactly what you need to do and guides you into the position you should be in with no judging! Brilliant place - lots of different times/days so plenty of options to chose from! x
I went to Yin Yoga on a Wednesday morning with Verity at Body Bliss, which was my first proper yoga class, and I absolutely loved it. The studios were immaculate and beautiful. Verity was so friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful, making sure I had the correct placements and technique, as being a dancer, it was very different to the usual technique I’d use in a dance class. All the other people in the class seemed lovely too. The atmosphere was so positive and uplifting, and there was no judgement being made at all. I have since gone back, and will be making this a regular Wednesday morning activity :-
