Angela is a fantastic teacher who pays great attention to each person in the class and explains things fully to ensure that you get the most out of each session.  I enjoy these classes for two reasons.  Firstly because I have noticed improvements in posture and ease of movement and secondly because after all that life throws at you, Angela’s classes leave me with an enormous sense of general well-being.  Highly recommended!

Best pilates class I've ever been to! The private equipment classes are small (max 4 in a group) and very relaxed. You get access to a wide range of equipment and after only 6 months I am now confident across the whole range. The classes are beginner friendly but have lots of scope to extend your knowledge. Angela is very knowledgable and always teaches you the purpose of each exercise as well as ensuring that you are performing it correctly. Can not recommend highly enough!

Angela is an excellent teacher. Enjoy the small classes as you feel you are getting 1 to 1 tuition. My balance and core stability have greatly improved.

Great Pilates, I have problems with my legs and wasn't sure I'd be able to do the lessons but Angela was great and didn't try to get me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. When I couldn't do certain exercises she gave me ones I could manage.
