Room, staff and hotel all very good however disability access rubbish. 12 concrete steps from carpark and then up again to reception. Yet more steps to my room. Higglety Pigglety ambience charming but not suitable to disabled. No mention on website. As I had a dog with me had to negotiate stairs every time for toilet functions. I did leave a telephone message querying suitability but no one came back to me
Great place for a special birthday lovley staff nice clean rooms great food and without doubt the best tasting breakfast I've had anywhere really nice to be able to have a decent meal where your dog is allowed too once again big thanks to all the staff you make this place Rooms: 5/5
A lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and well kitted out. We loved the interior design and the cotton bed linen. Staying here was relaxing and special. The food was fantastic, both breakfast and our evening meal. The service was excellent, the staff at Brown's were welcoming and extremely helpful. A delight!Rooms: 5/5

This hotel is excellent! Beautiful location, the rooms are amazing, the staff couldn't be more helpful and on top of that, the food was out of this world. The breakfast in the hotel was really filling and delicious and their restaurant was the perfect choice for dinner. You can tell that they care about using the best local produce. We wished we had stayed a bit longer! Laugharne is a small but gorgeous village.
