5* service! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for removals. We used Brown and Illingworth to move house in Feb 2021. They gave us a free no obligation quote which was very competitive. The 2 removal men on the day were extremely efficient and friendly in harsh weather conditions of heavy snow. They were very efficient and quick without compromising our belongings. We used Brown and Illingworth to move house in July and couldn’t have had a better company. They came out and gave us a free no obligation quote which was very competitive. The two movers on the day were very friendly and efficient. They were very prompt and handled all our belonging with care and obscure items were not an issue for them. Used this company recently and just want to say how professional the team was who dealt with my removal. Great team of lads who handled everything with utmost professional care and took a lot of stress out of a pretty stressful day. The manager, Mr David Brown is very courteous, professional and makes sure everything is done according to your requirements. The quote was very reasonable and I had no issues with the job . It went very smooth. I would highly recommend this company if you need removals or storage . Cheers everyone for a hassle free day .

The pick tab dumpers off the floor and smoke them. They steal metal for scrap and smoke tab dumps off the floor and smoke them. No one has given them a 2'3 or 4 star rating just 5* off people that work for them and 1* because they are neanderthals.  Regards

Very easy place to store your belongings. You only have to let them know you are going the day before and they prepare the box for you. Professional and good prices.

Moved us on the 10th December at reasonably short notice. Great crew, very efficient and tidy. Everything went as expected, will definitely recommend them. Don't delay, move home today!

Brown and Illingworth Newcastle were fantastic yesterday while moving our whole office contents.  Correspondence from start to finish has been excellent and the removals lads couldn't have worked any harder than they did. 5 star experience.  Thank you all

If I could award one star I would.  Terrible service which I ended up having to involve The Furniture Ombudsman in.  Shambles from start to finish and zero customer services skills in relation to complaints. Also well down Mr Brown for giving yourself a 5* review here - exactly what the consumer wants to see ........
