Best burger I have ever had! The staff were very friendly so I don't understand some false comments by previous reviewers, but the portions were large, very good pricing The bacon burger with chips is only £7.40 and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER GO HERE....  They don't have nice customer service we was serve by a man and he was so rude!  Reserved a table and when we got there, there was 3 tables with reserved notes on them but they said we had to sit in the corner of the restaurant which was cramped and highly unprofessional with different tables and seats with no padding or comfort what so ever.  When we ask why we couldn't sit on another table he said cos its reserved for someone else even though we had also reserved.  Discussing service.  My family own 3 business's all being restaurants and never would treat a customer like this!

The food is amazing! We love Brooks. There's been a few issues with delivery but we can always go and get it!

Very decent, food was very good, service was fine. No complaints, a refreshing change to typical high street choices.
