I recently found a young cat who had been abandoned by people in my street. After confirming with them that they no longer wanted him I called my vet practice. Terri asked me to bring him to the practice where he was checked and i then got a call within the day to say he was being adopted and now has a forever home with love. Not the best start in life for this beautiful boy bit the story ends well. Thank you so much to all at the practice there is a good reason I have trusted you with my cat for 16 years Amazing team
I've find Little kitten in my garden and im going to my vet for check up ,because she was sick ,after 5 minut checkin they charge me over 100£ and the said i must coming again after one week for check up,again 5 minut,the charge me over 80£,before Second check up i let them know so i can't afford this appoitment,but the don't care about this So after i lost my anotger cat
Fantastic practice - I've always found it easy to get in touch, and when we had an emergency they went above and beyond to make sure we were seen, with great communication and follow up. All the staff are so lovely and will take the time to go over any questions or concerns I have no matter how small or silly they might be!

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10
We visited Brook House recently for emergency treatment. The reception staff was very friendly even though we are not registered with the vet. They helped my dog to get in time treatment and the general experience was very good.
So, I've been with Brook House since the beginning of July and honestly, they have been really amazing and helpful. I always feel welcome and the staff are all really helpful and amazing. As a first time pet owner, the vets have made things so much easier for us, helping with advice and overall general care towards Axel our Kitten. I would highly recommend anyone to register here as it's a sure way for your pets to get the best treatment and care
My dog was recently neutered. All staff from vets nurses and receptionists were kind and compassionate with my nervous dog. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for taking such good care our Rebel x
Amazing vets, we've been with them since 2014 and they are brilliant. Team are friendly and helpful. They give great care to our 3 cats. Ally on the admin side is always particularly lovely and knows our boys and treats us as valued customers.
We have been with Brook House for many years and have always found their staff and vets very helpful and friendly. Excellent service
