Had the unfortunate experience of an accident in Cornwall, Bromfield collected us and the cars and got us a taxi to our destination. Very helpful company to deal with, special thanks to Rachael who went out of her way to return the contents of our car. Excellent service, many thanks.

These guys are absolute life savers! I was told by Green flag recovery that my offside rear coil spring had broken. Problem was I was on holiday at the time and needed to get it sorted urgently before I left for home. Bromfield A R & Sons got me in the very next day. The staff were extremely friendly and informative they even recommend places we should visit for the rest of our day. We were very happy with the swift and friendly service which meant we could continue with our holiday stress free. Cost of work done was really reasonable and I would have no problem recommending them.

Hi Rachel and team,

Just wanted to drop you a formal note to say thank you for the service you provided me and my family when we broke down on Polzeath beach just before Easter. You arrived within the hour, and came back to pick up the car exactly on time. The guy driving the truck was great with the children too! On top of that, fixing the alternator was fast and smooth so thanks for that as well.

I dropped the car back a few days later (the day before Good Friday) after someone pulled out in front of us and we suffered a collision. You guys checked the car over to make sure it was safe to drive home and patched up the lights.

The service you provided, and the friendliness with which it was delivered, was simply outstanding.

Collected my car and told me they wouldn’t charge anymore than local garage. I supplied the radiator and they tried to charge me almost £400 after refusing to pay they then stopped answering the phone and kept my car for another day after threatening to do so. Then they still charged me £260 to fit my radiator on top of £120 to recover my car. Absolute rip off, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

When my car broke down the receptionist was very helpful in organising a recovery for my car, the starter motor was soon sorted so I had my dodgy tire replaced as well. Very reasonable price wise, and the car was soon back on the road. Many thanks to Darren and the team. 👍
