Very friendly and professional approach to customer, raised a concern with breakers being worn very close to safe zone, which was solved.

Have visited these guys on two occasions prior to a full service and they've been extremely helpful. Recent service was completed today without any issues. Visited as they looked like they had the car I wanted.Also had looked at the reviews before I went. Bought car, very pleased with the service easy to deal with .Luke and Paul were very helpful. Car was ready for the day and time I wanted it. Great service,  no pushy sales patter, quality of the cars is good. Thoroughly recommend them.

Cannot say too many good things about this company.  A pleasure dealing with them from the off.  They did what they said they would do, on time, and to be honest, to a better stanbdard than expected.  I will definately be using them again and I would not hesitate in encouraging others to do so.  Fantastic.

The washer on the driver side of my car stopped working. I contacted BMC who booked me in. The staff were very friendly and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised that the bill to fix it was £15. Ford had previously quoted a lot more just to investigate the problem. Based on my experience I am planning to book my next service and MOT with them.

From the initial telephone call right through to my purchase I found Paul and his team friendly and helpful. The car was exactly as described and I was very pleased with what I was offered for my part exchange. Would not hesitate in using again.

If I could give them 10/10 I would. Customer service excellent, used car condition superb, aftersales customer service outstanding. Rikki kept use in the loop at every stage our vehicle was being prepared and even went out of his way to send seat some information that we required. 3 month warranty also gives piece of mind too. Aftersales, Paul couldn't do enough in order to support with a couple of amateur issues we had and sorted the radio out within a few minutes in addition to offering a hot beverage. As a taxi driver from now on our first stop will always be Brockham Motor Company as their cars are in really good condition. Thank you BMC
