A friendly and helpful service. Everyone myself and my father dealt with over the phone were honest and helpful. My repairs my car's rear bumper/boot was damaged were completed to a great standard and costs were kept reasonable to the amount of work needing to be done. When I collected the car I felt welcome and looked after as a customer. Plus the invoice provided is clear and easy to read.
If only I could give 0 stars. Theses were used for an insurance claim via the other parties insurance. A small accident causing only minor body work damage but no, in the hands of theses compleat wa****s it ended up a supposable £5600 in damage. Broken suspension apparently even though the car had been checked prior to theses picking up the car and DRIVING IT to their workshop. Ending up if a perfectly good car that we had only owned 2 weeks being written off. The car was left in a compleat state in their car park and disposed of before even checking to see if we had any personal belongings inside. I can only recomend people avoid them at all costs and go els we’re to a real body work shop instead of quite clearly someone who is working with insurance companies to write of perfectly repairable cars to make a few ££ without putting any work in. Pis**d is an understatement
Very disappointed with service. Was given a vauxhall Corsa that when checked off to me had scratches on every panel and wheel. Only drove back and forth to work and when returned got a £400 bill for new scratches on car. Anyone who gets car from them make sure you take photos of all scratches so you don't get caught out like I did as couldn't prove they were old scratches Will never use this company again as not only would they not take my word on not scratching car and if was from a speed hump like they said means the car was not suitable for courtesy car been so low. The quote for £400 was astonishing. If it was my car would have got other quotes But can't do as they have priced what they want for work Bad bad experience with this company. Have submitted complaints form with motor repair ombudsman website. Will update post when they get back to me
Brilliant repairs done here have used before however had a waiting list for quote went elsewhere
Brockford carried out an insurance repair on our Audi A3, front end damage from an unfortunate low speed shunt. The repair was more than satisfactory as was the short time taken to complete it. There was one very small issue, not exactly relating to the repair, a request not to secure a new front number plate with adhesive tape but to use screws. This was missed but quickly resolved by the personal attention of their MD, Mike Ribbons. Quality work, great customer care and highly recommended.
