Super friendly staff, Graham went above and beyond to help me out when my old car had to go to car heaven. They are not pushy on the sales, give you time to think about what you want, and take the time to educate people like me, who know absolutely nothing about cars, what's good and what's not, so most importantly I can 100% say I trust this garage. So happy with my new car, and when the time comes to replace it this is the first and probably only garage I'll be heading to. 10/10
My 17 year old son has just bought his first car, a Fiesta, from Needham Auto Centre. The service we have received has been outstanding. The car was MOT’d for a full year, the one advisory which came up was fixed, a full service was done, all paperwork was handed over and it was valeted to a high standard. Graham and Tony are both really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly men to deal with and were always quick to get back to us by email or phone. The purchasing of the car was very straightforward and it is perfect for a first car. The peace of mind of the 3 month warranty and the continued support after that runs out is definitely worth having. I would highly recommend this garage based on our experiences so far .

We have bought 4 cars from this garage, and will continue to buy more, great service, no pushy sales tactics, friendly, cars are immaculately cleaned before collection and no quibbles 3 month warranty. I would highly recommend purchasing cars from this garage.
I came to them on recommendation and was not disappointed. If you're after a good car at a fair price locally then I don't think you'll go far wrong. It doesn't look much from the High St. but at the end of the day I'd rather not pay a lot more for a plush main dealer and their desperate sales people. The car was well presented, honestly described and the salesman Graham very helpful. I'd certainly look to go back again and see what stock they have when I trade my car in for something newer. I was also pleased with the aftercare as they answered the phone and my questions every time unlike some places who don't want to know you once they've got their money. Well recommended.
Last Saturday I put a deposit on a car I liked & picked it up today, Graham & Tony are reliable, friendly, Nothing you asked was too much trouble for them, This is my 2nd car from them & again I am delighted with it,. Anyone looking for a used car at a reasonable price I strongly recommend Needham Auto centre. Keep up the great work Graham & Tony.
I bought a car from Graham at Needham Autocentre and was really happy with my experience. The customer service I received was outstanding and they went above and beyond to get the car in great condition before I drove it away. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a car and will return in the future if I decide to upgrade! Knowledgable staff who care about the customer and quality first.
Amazing value for money and so much choice. Staff couldn't be friendlier and the complimentary vanilla latte is to well worth a try. I recommend going in for the free latte and having a browse
Agree with other reviews very pleasent easy going owner forgot name it doesnt look much from the road but the guys made me feel i could trust them and keep to there word on looking after us as its my partners daughters 1st car , very happy
