Really really nice accommodation. Spotless and wonderfully well appointed room with very comfy bed. Loses one star for lack of parking, had to park a five minute walk away, and one for poor communication by the owner.

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated rooms. I stayed in room #2 and it was huge. Luxurious linens on a very comfortable King Size bed. Lovely bathrooms with good quality toiletries provided. Roz was on hand to offer any help. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to use again.

Topsham is a lovely quaint little town and Broadway house is right in the centre of it. A beautiful Edwardian building and the rooms are massive! I was in a room at the front of the house and wasn't disturbed by the road at all. A beautiful place to stay and very reasonable price.
