You wait in all afternoon, call at 5 pm when your collection is confirmed categorically to be imminent and at 8pm you prepare a delayed dinner because no-one turned up and you have a room full of uncollected furniture and guests due tomorrow night with nowhere to sit. no phone call to explain - nothing. makes you wonder why you bothered. Update, five days later: action replay, no call, nix. You wouldn't credit it, would you? They're just taking the p**s from the public. Disgraceful.

Purchased goods waited from 2pm till 7pm as per request .chased store to be told all good on there but how did they know mine was ??? Then closed .wasted my only day off such a con. ...I'll be in there 1st thing tomoz

i took my mum &brought a fridge freezer that was faulty.they collected it as fulty and put it on sale on shop floor for same amount I paid( knowing it's faulty)&my mums ice cube trays are still in freezer.&have not contacted me&offered me refund or replacement.I have supported bhf for 8yrs.this puts questions of doubt on how this store is being managed as we were advised it's a dangerous fault&bfh Do NOT DO REPAIRS ON FRIDGES &FREEZERS.I hope&pray my mum gets her money back asap& that this fridge freezer dose not get sold AGAIN as it's faulty. AS A CHARITY I LIKE BHF&THE GREAT WORKS THEY DO BUT FEEL PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION
