Prompt service and few customers today when I called to collect. Sometimes it can be packed and you have to wait ages to pay then wait again for your goods..... but no today!

It's so nice and quiet here on a Thursday evening late shopping hours till 8pm. What a pleasure to do shopping at this time of the evening!

I usually get served quite fast in store, however busy periods do insinuate more queues and longer waiting times, especially around Christmas and other busy holidays! The store offers plenty of "look-up" machines, allowing customers to quickly check if products are available and/or in stock. Despite this, I swear no one ever answers the phone! I've tried ringing so many times, waited countless minutes for someone to speak to but been severely disappointed! Nonetheless, they offer a collection and delivery service both of which allow the customer freedom when shopping, allowing busy peeps plenty of time pick up items (when it best suits them) or have the items delivered straight to a suitable location (home, work, friend's) when they are available in store.

The staff were fine which is excellent for an Argos! The shop itself is pointlessly big and I found the speed and ease no better or worse than any other that I've been to.
