Still not got our windows so will update review later. Salespeople great - but once we signed up and paid deposit it all went to pot. Had to keep chasing for surveyor and now we have a whole day of annual leave wasted and an upside down house as they rang at 8 today to cancel the 8 o clock appointment to install. Fingers crossed for next week. 
Right now, I wish we’d gone elsewhere.

Aggressive sales dominated the ideal home show. They booked me in for a quote and gave me a 10% off voucher. Came the day of quote, the guy called me to say he couldn’t make it because he had to go to another quote instead. The weirdest thing was he then tried to persuade me that they don’t sell the kind of windows I want even when I said I don’t want like for like and open to suggestions. Unprofessional and rubbish.
