Wanted to get a floor resanded and treated. The estimator came around late after work to come and give us a quote and was very helpful.

This was back in June time. Have emailed the office on numerous occasions and spoke to the office to try and get the work booked in but no one seems to want to get back to me so we went elsewhere. 

We were hoping to use an established family business but would prefer it if they said we were too busy to do the work rather than not bothering to contact me at all. Not normally one to post negative reviews but very disappointed.

The timing between my original enquiry, receiving my quote and actual fitting was fantastic.  The team arrived onsite and were absolutely brilliant.  The quality of work was amazing. Would definitely  recommend Ajax :)

Probably for the best if they can't even be bothered to turn up for the initial appointment! Afternoon off work, wasted.

Did not turn up for appointment. Left message on answerphone asking why? Did not even call us back. Wife had taken an aftenoon off work for this. Thanks for wasting our time
