Combine toilet and bathroom, new boiler and radiators.  Impressed with AACoopers right from the initial consultation with Ashley. Quote provided within 48 hours detailing every part of the job and the related costs. Work started and ended on the designated dates and was carried out to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble for AACooper team and they were very respectful of our home and cleaned down extremely well each night. We were informed daily the work to be carried out next day. AA Cooper exceeded our expectations and did a fantastic job of our bathroom renovation. As an architect with 5 years experience we provided the drawings and design and AA Cooper executed the design with utmost professionalism and on time. Throughout we were kept up to date and were constantly given advice and suggestions, all of which we took on board. The quality of the installation is very impressive and AA Cooper came in at a very reasonable price. The people who came to install the bathroom were friendly and we are grateful for their expertise.

AA Cooper totally renovated our en-suite shower room.  Although we are happy with the finished product, it has not been a very happy experience and we would not recommend them in view of this.  However we think we were very unlucky because our main cause for concern was the unfortunate damage to our living room ceiling which eventually showed their customer care to be lacking.  They made several attempts at patching up the damaged ceiling.  Six weeks later we told them although not totally satisfied with the final attempt we would pay their final invoice and sort the ceiling  ourselves.  We received no form of acknowledgment or apology, in spite of their assurance at the beginning that they would leave everything as they had found it.  We could not fault the cleanliness and politeness of all the workers, however were amazed at how many of them there were.  Although not a reflection on the company itself, our white cloakroom towel went missing and was eventually found stuffed behind our hall radiator.  It was wet and covered in grease…..it had obviously been used to turn off the cloakroom radiator.  If whoever had done this had been upfront with us we would have accepted it as an accident and thought nothing more of it.

We've used AA Cooper for quite a few jobs over the last couple of years and we've been really happy with their service. A real family company, they're always friendly and reliable. They've done full bathroom fitting for us, a WC refit and most recently some gas related works. When challenges come up they work closely with you to resolve them and I know if we had any problems they'd be back to rectify quickly because they actually care - that's worth a lot in my experience! 'I have no hesitation in recommending A A Cooper. Every member of the team has been friendly and polite. We were provided with a clear and detailed schedule of work and quotations and the firm kept in touch at every stage to let us know what was happening. Everybody arrived and left at the agreed time and worked professionally and tidily. We were very pleased with the end result, which was completed earlier than expected and the invoices completed in line with the original quotes. The company also went out of their way to assist with other unrelated problems with our plumbing and heating system without fuss or delay. Excellent work by all concerned.' Since writing the above review nearly 3 years ago, we have asked AA Cooper to install a new cloakroom. They are still as efficient and reliable and we are very pleased with the result.
