In November 2017 we requested from BTTJ and specifically from Mark Cooper (Solicitor Conveyancing) who was recommended by our broker to handle our first new house purchase. Mark has really completed the whole work package (investigation, contracts, issues and our concerns, 3rd parties involvement, issues with the bank) in an exceptional, professional and very efficient way and delivered our completion date 2 weeks earlier. People like Mark who work hard really from start to finish, worth gold as he was always helpful while paying attention to the details. He always kept us informed, while he was always very friendly and we had excellent communication. We are both grateful to Mark for his service, and we definitely recommend him without second thought. Dealt with Mark for the purchase/sale of my house, great guy - calls you back when he says he will, extremely knowledgeable and proactive. Will certainly use again and have recommended to friends and family already.

Great firm of solicitors. My house purchase was dealt with by Arti, she did a great job. Very professional and efficient service, would recommend them to anyone. My family have always used them and we have been very happy with them.

I have had the pleasure of instructing Arti on two separate occasions for conveyancing. She is highly knowledgeable, kept me updated regularly and was able to deal with unforeseen complications with my house purchase that could have resulted in the transaction falling through. I would highly recommend the firm.

During an exciting time (moving into our first home) Angela was excellent and we couldn't have thanked her more. Speed of communication and the advice that she gave us took away some of the stressful weight of the move. The information she gave us was concise and well explained every step of the way.
