Sloppy and rude doctors....tried calling 12 times over two weeks and every time the line was busy....then I send an email expressing my frustration about this and a friendly sounding gentleman said it was their fault for not sending me my online details. Then I get a call from a doctor confirming my prescription and then he unesseasarily starts talking about how my email was undermining the 'service they provide'....maybe look at it from a professional point of view, you're not running a charity, you are being paid for your work so perhaps if you receive lots of negative reviews and angry emails you should look at your service and try to improve it instead of blaming your clients.... Also consider that perhaps the people who are coming to your surgery also have jobs and can't waste two weeks calling you up...Just something to reflect on. Better to just wait 3 hours in a drop in or sell a kidney for private then deal with this 'customer is always wrong' approach. **EDIT** Gary is the name of the one friendly person I've had contact with so far at this practise.

My review is of the appointment system, the doctor I've seen is fine. So, absolutely the worst system ever, you have to call on the day at 6am, or 8am. And when you call you can never get through, I've been 2 weeks now with worsening symptoms and simply cannot see a doctor, thank you NHS.

When able to get an appointment, they're very good; professional standards, quality care, especially for free! Massive improvement from the previous practice. Thank you!

I am with this surgery for a couple of years and I've always had massive communications problems. Receptionist are rude and not welcoming, they always rush patients and treat them in a not nice way. Lots of time I've seen them being very rude with ill people asking for appointments and they have been with me. One of them in particular treated me so badly that made me have an awful panic attack. I then e mailed the manager that apologised but after month when I needed again to book n appointment they changed everyhting, all the booking system. I call them and waited 40 minutes to get in contact with someone, and thy were rude again to me. They said the only way to get an appointment was booking online early morning. Fine, if the website would work I would be fine with it but I spent the morning putting my password and they kept changing it for no reason and in 10 minutes time I receive about 5 e mails with different passwords. Didn't manage to book any appointment as the booking list is not clear at all and is very confused. I obviously didn't find my doctor o the list. They also e mailed me back without explaining how to book in correctly but just saying again the only way you can get to see a doctor is booking online and that a they have re changed my passwords. Not Recommended. They are awful. Doctors are quite good if you get the chance to see one fo them... for 3 rushed minutes. AWFUL.

In January this year I went to see Dr. Morris because of a gynaecology problem, he ordered a blood test and an infection swap. When I went to the second appointment to understand what the problem was his "diagnosis" was that I started the pre-menopause, he said that I couldn't do anything (fertility wise) through the NHS because of my age and his recommendation was to go to a private fertility clinic because fertility wasn't his specialism and I was completely dismissed. The thing is my appointment was not about getting pregnant but to understand the main problem, the pregnancy thing was a secondary issue that came out whilst discussing my problem. Not happy with his lacklustre "diagnosis" and still filling something was wrong, travelled to Europe to see a gynaecologist, which ordered several specialist tests, full blood tests, etc. It turns out I have 4 tumors that are part of the cause of my problem. I'm still waiting for the results of other tests so the doctor has a complete panorama of the problem and can start treatment. To say Dr. Morris treatment is appalling, irresponsible and negligence is an understatement. If he's not a specialist in that area which GPs aren't his responsibility was to referred me to a specialist, but not, it was easier to dismiss me and get on with the next person. I'm trying to contact the practice to submit a complaint but as usual is impossible to get through.
