I moved my son after one week. I realised this nursery wasnt right for us after the settling in sessions. I found them very disappointing. 1) for 92£ a day you expect an excellent service which is not . 2)since months they are running some rennovation jobs in the building and they dont know when this will finish. As result , they have cropped babies and 1/2 years old in one room. this is obviously not working, above all when kids/toddlers try to have a nap (and it seems they dont care) 3) ive noticed lack of activities and weekly plans . There s no much to do for younger kids, they dont engage much activities one to one with them 4) they withdraw more money from my account and registered me wrongly. after more than a month , we havent been refunded, the people in the office arent efficient and it can be pretty frustrating. Im very glad I found quickly another nursery that works better and that it's cheaper. The facility is beautiful but the rest is pretty a disaster.
