Bridleways is 5 minutes drive from the centre of Mansfield, and close to Sherwood Forest.

Story

It is quietly situated in a private rural setting just off the B6030 between Mansfield and Ollerton.

Bed & breakfast accommodation is provided in the main building which fronts the extensive private grounds, and self-catering is available in the 3 acres behind the guest house, in static caravans or in the Ploughman's Cottage. There is ample parking in front of the guest house. Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation.

Staying in the cottage, we found it had plenty of space for a family of four and two dogs. It's located only a 5miniute walk for vicar water and park which has stunning views at the top. The cottage itself was well catered with dish washer and washing machine as well as means to dry clothes. I would highly recommend bridleways to anyone staying in the area.

Fabulous cottage, made to feel very welcome by the owner, can't recommend enough. Very comfortable single rooms , tea and coffee making facilities with a lovely garden and surrounds. Delicious cooked breakfast. What a find for our visit to Sherwood pines to see Sir Tom Jones.

Crisp, clean sheets, new towels and pillows in abundance, friendly staff and beautiful, peaceful surroundings in the fresh country air - what else could you want? A delicious breakfast? They have that, too. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the walk down the lane near the sheep which the hosts recommended. The kids loved the local playground so much we had to go back there the next day. Thank you!

Loverly place great setting. Very friendly staff make you very welcome rooms excellent. Breakfast well presented. Overall. A great place to stay highly. Recommended
