Really nice lodges. Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and it was delightful. The rooms are well kept and furnished nicely. The surrounding grounds are nice to walk around and the staff are very pleasant. the hot tubs were perfect though they had disabled the speakers on them due to noise complaints previously, we did not think this was necessary and were able to play music at a good level which you couldn't even hear at the end of the lodges walkway. Would happily stay again.

A fabulous place hidden in plain sight, only a mile out of Mansfield en route to Sherwood Forest. We stayed in an authentic log cabin which could have been miles from anywhere and enjoyed a Sunday lunch in the Redbrick House restaurant - the veggie option, 🍄and brie wellington was particularly good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Had a lovely meal there as always, food is always amazing. Coffee is great as well.
