Macon Plumbing serviced and repaired my 10 year old gas fire. I was told that I'd need a new valve assembly by another gas service company. The part was no longer available and I was expecting to have to fund a replacement fire. Richard took the time to clean the part removing the blockage, re assembling and testing. The fire has been running for the last three months with no problems. I'd not hesitate to recommend his services.

Macoun recently installed a NEST thermostat. They did a great job which included a lot of dealing direct with NEST over a fault with their equipment. As I am in London and the property they worked on was in Newcastle I was impressed by how they took responsibility for making sure it all worked rather than backing off when it was clear it wasn't going to be so straightforward.

Installed a new boiler for me in 1 day, quick and efficient.  Then when there were teething problems came out promptly to deal with them.
