Great experience with everyone in the Tynemouth office. Judith was lovely and helpful, and Michelle has been an absolute superstar, keeping us sane and fighting our corner, and being patient explaining everything, through the whole process!!

Nice to deal with Lorraine Robinson at the Tynemouth branch who was easy to contact and very helpful with all our queries regarding the sale of our property from start to finish.

The service, advice and support from Jan Forsters Tynemouth during my house move has been fantastic. Ashley has been amazing, going above and beyond, nothing was a problem for him. From beginning to end the whole team have been great. I can't praise or thank them enough.

Representative came out agreed on fee and how much property was going on sale for then asked to sign. Weeks later I ring up to find out if there's been recent interest in which they tried to get me to drop asking price by £10,000 after originally being told the asking price would sell easy. I requested to cancel their services in which they told me I was tied in to a sole agreement with themselves for 20 weeks and couldn't go with another estate agent. This was never mentioned to me before signing with them, I had been mis-sold their services. I have made a complaint and will be seeking Futher action. if you do go through this company please make sure to ask the full terms before signing any agreement and be aware they also fail to retrieve feedback from recent viewers.

I have used Jan Forster Estates a number of times now and they have successfully sold properties for me at good prices and in a timely manner. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly indeed.
