The bridge house is a lovely place to stay.nMy room was very clean, lots of little touches to make it welcoming. Great tea and coffee facilities, little packs of biscuits and a separate bag for recycling.nnThe breakfast is well worth having. Lovely local produce, cooked very well.nThe staff have been lovely.nnIt has been very useful having a car park and the pretty outdoor garden to have a drink in in the evening.nnMy very top room could get quite hot but the room had a plug in fan and the windows opened very easily. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and once I had got used to hearing seagulls I slept very well.
Had a wonderful stay at The Bridge House. Lovely old building with period decor and some quirky modern art thrown in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was really comfy and the room was very nice, quiet and the shower was fantastic. Lots of added extras. Fresh milk available in a fridge on the landing. The Potting Shed bar was a bonus. The whole place had a comfortable relaxed vibe about it. We would love to return. Can fully recommend.
Lovely clean room, nice toiletries, good drinks choices.nWe had the snug room as it was the only room available. On another visit we would probably opt for a room on the lower levels but everything was good. Breakfast was excellent. Service at breakfast was good.
A little gem of a place, beautiful decor, very clean, amazing hosts and a delicious breakfast. We arrived a little early and brought hot food with us, they welcomed us and provided everything we needed to enjoy our lunch. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough would give 10 stars if I could. Love the owner’s attention to detail
Stayed here on a Saturday night we turned up earlier than check in time and room was ready for us fantastic room everything you need is supplied the staff was great,very friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and tasted REALLY good. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning nThey even went out of there way for my wife's food allergy
