Pathetic for food. Many meals came out cold, waiting hours to get served, and chefs reply, how do you think i feel. Spoilt our easter day, as we had lots planned for kids after meal. We had even gone to the length of pre ordering our food. Shame on you bridge end
Nice pub, decent beer, friendly waitress. May have been a one off but there was a lengthy wait for food on Saturday, we cancelled our meal in the end.
Visited here for evening meal,no booking required at the time 7pm-busy,but seated & served quickly whilst staying in Llangollen. Decent food,selection & prices,friendly,efficient service.Service: 5/5
Barman was a sour faced rude fella. Smiling and being polite should be a pre requisite if you're facing paying customers visiting your town. Female good with the dreds. 'A smile a day' ....and all that mate !
Stayed while climbing Snowdon, a nice drive to get to the national park but a long one. The staff where unbelievable helpful and we had a great experience.Rooms: 4/5

Fabulous Sunday lunch the waitresses were very attentive and it is such a lovely chain to not have pub chain food at the table. Starters were beautifully presented and plentiful, we have Turkey and beef regular lunches which came with roast pots and Yorkshire pud or stuffing and pib, separate dish then for veg and a gravy boat. Good selection of beers also. 2starters, 3 regular meals, 4 pints of beer, a glass of red wine and a G&T under £75, so £25 each - excellent value for the quality of food. Lovely interior loads of books and cranies to sit in Enjoy
The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff was lovely , the food was exceptional. The waitress ,was outstanding A really nice pub You won't be disappointedService: 4/5
