Beautifully laid out public gardens. We had a leisurely walk though several of the features, and could have spent more time enjoying the rest of the areas. Pleasant views throughout with lots of interesting little corners as well as wide expanses of well cut lawns and carefully laid out flower beds.

One of my favourite places in Saffron Walden. Its small, but the army of volunteers and gardeners have done a great job. Good place for a slow afternoon wander. Saw plenty of snowdrops over the winter and there's a decent daffodil display. Haven't seen any crocuses though - shame.

Lovely gardens, with plenty of space where dogs are allowed in as well. The maze is a bit challenging and good fun.
