Perfect pint Amazing Sunday Lunch.... Best we've had in ages. Will definitely be back, this may become our 'local' place for eating out. Would recommend this pub to everybody. Cheers Dave, Judy & Staff
Good food at a reasonable price with a selection of local beers. Service was quick and portion sizes were large. We had the Christmas menu and it was good with more choices than you might expect. I am not vegetarian but I don't remember there being a lot of vegetarian options.
Lovely local pub everyone cheerful and friendly it was cram packed and yet everyone managed to get a seat every time would definitely pop in again the beers were good and they have a lovely open fire in the bar.
Excellent food in a warm and friendly pub. A firm favourite of ours. Pie night thursday, fish Friday or Sunday lunch.. always delicious.

If you want amazing food, great service and a lovely warm atmosphere, then you won't be disappointed. Enjoyed numerous Sunday lunches here, taking friends and family and it never disappoints. Pie night on a Thursday is pretty special. Can't rate Dave and his team enough!
Thursday pie night - amazing, Friday Fish night- amazing and Sunday lunch is just the best. Dave and all the staff are so welcoming. We absolutely love it here and can’t recommend it enough

A lovely, friendly pub with an excellent choice of gluten free food.
Really lovely Sunday lunch as always. I had thd smaller portion but still loads of tender lamb and plenty of veg. My partner and my Dad had the regular size of beef and lamb. Great service and really quick. The desserts looked great but we were all too full so we took one to go!
