Friendly and has very helpful staff. Food is good and reasonably priced. The Managers, (both nights we ate there), were extremely kind and great hosts. The manager from Leicester has a great sense of humour but also a great sense of responsibility to his customers. The only slight problem I had was that some of the information - e.g. the timings on the information leaflets - is a bit small to read, but this is decided centrally, so it is not the venue's fault!

Went on a Thursday so 'Curry Night'. Selection not too shabby but the samosa and bhaji were dry. Obviously mainstream curry has to be 'middle of the road' but in my view could have been a bit braver with the spices. Not bad value for £7.99 for eat as much as you like though. Beer a little pricey and it would be nice to get a full pint. and up sold to Bombay Sapphire when clearly asked for Gordon's..

Came for a Sunday carvery. Didn't have to wait long to be shown to our table and seated. The carvery looked lovely but was very disappointed. All of it was bland the beef was very fatty and my little one had a turkey bone in his meal . We all left over half of the food. No one asked us how it was. We won't return for a carvery ever. The restraunt is decorated nicely and the free park outside is good for older kids.

Visited Meadows tonight to try the chip shop evening. Food was hot, nothing outstanding but ok for £7.99. We were served all evening by a waitress called Katy. She couldn’t do enough for us. She was so friendly, welcoming and bent over backwards for us to have a nice meal. This girl is an asset to this pub 👏

First time here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent pub food at reasonable prices. Well looked after, didn't wait long for food.
