HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I had a pleasure deal with BCC AUTOHAUS today. I can recommend that place to buy a car. My car was in exact condition as advertised. I spent 2h checking everything, and BCC was very helpful with all my questions and information.
Very happy with the smooth and professional service from start to finish, beautiful and immaculate car just as shown and described on the website/auto trader. Reg was extremely helpful throughout making it possible for me to pick up my new car the following day after viewing which suited my week plans. Not only this, but on leaving some property on the vehicle I part exchanged, Reg went above and beyond to help me retrieve it and nothing was too much hassle. Will definitely use again!
This was the first time I have purchased a car from an independent company and not a main dealer. It was a smooth experience thanks to honest and transparent owner, Reg. The car was as advertised and all of our questions about it were answered fully. I felt comfortable enough to make the purchase and was even able to drive away the same day!
Bought a beautiful Audi A5 today. Was exactly as described as advertised if not better. Dealt with Reg who was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he had, made me feel relax with no hard sell. If you want a friendly and professional service go see Reg. It was basically having a deal without the swarmy salesmen you get at some places. Top marks.
I was recommended Brentwood Carriage Company by a friend who recently bought an Audi Rs4. He was very pleased with the customer service and the car is immaculate. I've just bought my BMW 330i from here and I fully concur that the customer service has been courteous and professional. The car was presented and prepared really well, felt like a brand new car and hasnt missed a beat. Recommended!
Great experience, dealt with Reg, very helpful and knowledgable guy, first BMW I’ve owned and now I’m converted! Bought a BMW 1 Series M-Sport beautiful car, only gripe was it had a feathered tyre on the front which caused a hum, had tyres changed and drives like new. Would recommend these guys, and would use again when it comes to buying my next BMW. Many thanks

At Brentwood Carriage Company we found that perfect car, and thanks to the very competitive part-exchange price they gave us on our old car we were able to drive it home the same day! Really happy with the BMW 3 Series Convertible I bought off these guys. Hadn’t seen the car. Completely bought the car blind. ‘Reg’ was so helpful, always available incase I had a question or needed anything, also added MOT for free to sweeten the deal. Couldn’t be any happier. Cheers James D
Bought our SLK 200 AMG from Reg could not have found a better place. There was no hard sell really nice guy. Customer Service was great don't be out of because it is tucked away . There cars almost sell themselves they are that good.
Be cautious with this trader as they do not tell you the truth abouth their vehicles. Travelled over 2 and a half hours to come and see a car here and it was nothing like described. Over the phone was told the car was mint but upon arrival it was clear this car had been sitting around for months which is now clear why and had also been very badly repaired after having had an accident to the front. Would definitely NOT recommend these traders.
