Brecklate is a lovely farmhouse near the scenic village of Southend and close to the Mull of Kintyre. It is beautifully set-up, very comfortable and  Mr & Mrs Willis are a charming and hospitable couple who made us most welcome. The breakfast was wonderful as were the pancakes, chocolate cake and flapjacks left for us each day in our room or in the guest lounge in which there was always a roaring log stove. We can thoroughly recommend Brecklate and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Fabulous, meticulously clean, and delightfully hospitable accommodations. A vacation in itself. Gourmet breakfasts. Incredible views of the beautiful countryside. Only 10 minutes from Campbeltown and 5 from Southend. We loved it. One of the most charming places we have ever enjoyed.

Excellent stay at Brecklate hospitality,accommodation,food provided by Jacqui (sorry we did not meet Matt) are all first class and would recommend to anyone better than a  hotel the food and presentation is to die for.
Loved the dogs great characters.
