Good little theme park, my son's 11 and 8 loved it, in hindsight we should have bought them wristbands, as the cost of the rides can soon add up. Good selection of different rides, some of them were bought from some of the larger theme parks, i.e. Bulldog coaster came from flamingo land. The main reason for only 3 stars is firstly the cost, we have 2 boys so most of the rides were £8 or £10 for one ride for both of them, it soon ends up more than Alton towers.nThe main detractor was arguing at the ticket kiosk. It is £1 a ticket on reloadable cards, buy 20 for £20 and get 2 free. And the more you buy the more you get free.nWe were leaving the park, but the boys wanted to go on a few more rides. I requested 26 tickets at the kiosk, they tried to charge £26 should be £24 due to the 2 bonus tickets. I explained that I would like £24 worth, I paid then upon checking the balance, we were 2 tickets short, the additional bonus tickets were not loaded to the card. I re-attended the kiosk and explained the missing tickets. The young lady on the counter didn't know what to do, which is fair, so she asked for a supervisor, who promptly saidn'we don't give tickets away for free, you know'nAnd it's not possible to load additional tickets without payment. Fortunately I had a receipt on my phone and I wasn't getting anywhere, so I requested the attendance of a manager, strangely she was able to load the 2 missing bonus points.nAll in all a good little theme park
Always a good time here. Average prices by today's standards.nVisited again recently. Unfortunately the opening hours were very limited, shame considering it's June, and a few of the bigger rides were out of order.nStill, the wristbands were cheap enough, so made the most of what was available!nGood for little ones!
The time has come and my child still needs to play. I persuaded him for a long time and finally had no choice but to resort to retaliation. I promised him that I would bring him here to play next holiday.
Lovely weekend with the grandchildren. The site was perfect for them, safe and clean. Spotless showers and toilets, best facilities I've ever seen in a campsite - dressing table area with free hairdryers. Washing up facilities and laundry room. Fabulous. Would definitely go back!
This is a great day out for the price. We came in October and did not have to wait for any of the rides, not sure what it is like in summer. Will definitely come back when in the area
