Had an amazing experience at Bravissimo. I've been shopping with them on and off for the last few years all over the country but the Leamington Spa store made me feel like a star. Went in to get some emergency replacement bras. Being of the large chest variety, I always struggle with getting a good fit. When I found the store originally it was amazing. I grabbed some off the shelf and tried them on but nothing super fancy. I went in to The Leamington Spa store recently and I told the friendly staff member that I needed to get refitted as I've changed shape. She was absolutely lovely. I was a bit confused when they asked for my postcode. I gave It to them and they found my records. Because I've used them before and because I purchased online at various points they had the previous sizes and styles I liked on file. I was asked to head upstairs where someone would help me. Upstairs I went and found the most beautiful lounge area, that I took a seat in. I waited there for barely a minute until a specialist came out and welcomed me by name. It felt super fancy and really made me feel good with that level of service. The staff clearly know their stuff and love their jobs. The specialist was super helpful, too a look at the strap of the bra I was wearing one that I'd bought at Bravissimo in the past and from that brief glimpse she helped me find my size. She helped me find a couple other styles I might like and colours of styles I already loved! There was even a robe I could use to wait in if I needed to. They updated my sizing for next time and helped me find just what I needed. With the specialists help I walked out with a couple bras and a pair of matching pants to too! I walked out with a big smile! They were able to recycle my old bra too! And can recycle any bras you want to get rid of! I felt special and am looking forward to returning again when I next need bras. Thanks to all the staff at Bravissimo Leamington Spa! I appreciate it!
A very positive experience in this shop - I can honestly say the staff were very attentive and were so helpful with my post surgery requirements for Bikinis. Patience of a virtue with me as I am so fussy, but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again I will most certainly be going there again and will recommend to everybody
What an absolutely fantastic lingerie shop for the more blessed ladies. Went there with my wife and she had the best fitting and advice service that you could EVER hope for. This shop is a pleasure to visit and we will be going back there soon. The staff are off the scale for helpfulness and knowledge.
As a long term Bravissimo loyalist, I can say that this is the best shop and service I've ever experienced. All 3 members of staff I encountered were wonderful, helpful, friendly, patient. The total star was Jaki though. As my fitter she was just amazing. She worked so hard to help me find not only the right fit, but the right "feel" I was after too. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and really seemed to care. I left with far more than I would otherwise normally of bought - purely because she helped me find the confidence to keep trying to find exactly what I wanted - and I did! Thank you Jaki! And well done to this shop.
The staff are wonderful, buying something pretty has been a very cathartic experience. I am very grateful to the lovely, professional staff at Bravissimo Royal Leamington Spa. Took my sister along afterwards & she too had the same positive experience.
These guys were just amazing! I have been going to Bravissimo for some years, but this was by far my best experience with them yet! Last weekend, my partner and I went to Leamington for a day out and I have been in desperate need of some new bras. I have such a small back, but a larger cup size and wanted to treat myself to a strapless bra. The ladies there were so good. My strapless bra, was a slightly different size to normal due to the fact that they didn't make it in my size and just to triple check, the two ladies there made sure I was 100% sure first. Hayley was so lovely and made me feel fab when we went back upstairs to double check the bra. I didn't get the name of the other lady who also was a huge help sorry!. They weren't about their customers just spending money, but actually wanted to help and make sure their customers were happy and comfortable! Absolutely fab experience and will definitely be back. My partner was also massively impressed and really appreciated the time that you took with me to make sure I was happy. Thank you! xx
Wow, this shop is much bigger than you think! Upstairs is vast. The staff really are so helpful and friendly it's a pleasure bra shopping again! I found everything I was looking for and more. I did have to leave a bra behind as the budget was already stretched but I was given a little card with the name of it on so I can buy it another time. I couldn't recommend this shop and its staff more.

Booked a fitting appointment for my daughter whilst visiting the shop. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store has a great range of both lingerie and swimwear. The fitting areas upstairs are nicely furnished and very comfortable. Our assistant Georgia could not have been more discreet, patient and accommodating. She was very approachable and knowledgeable and found my daughter the best bra by helping her to try on many different styles. Best customer service ever! A rarity in this day and age. I am already planning my own fitting here asap! Thanks to all
