We had a family dinner at Brasserie Blanc and it has been simply amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, the ambiance is elegant and the food is superb. I would definitely recommend the cheese soufflé and the sirloin steak because it was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Fernanda and the other manager that served us have both been amazing and made our night memorable, will definitely be back!
Lovely restaurant with very friendly service. The appetizers and desserts were wonderful. The soufflé is a must have! To be honest, the mains were a bit bland, but that can be our American palates.
We were very impressed by the table service, the quality of the food and the ambience. It was a very good menu with plenty of variety. Every dish was well cooked and carefully presented. There was a mix up with our starters order but the waitress was most apologetic and it was sorted quickly. Our complimentary bottle of rosé was very good too. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Be mindful that the drinks are pricey but that's not unusual for a top class restaurant. The mains cost quite a bit more than average at approx £24 but this isn't an average night out! Our meal for 4 was over £200 which included 5 starters, 4 mains and 3 desserts, soft drinks, beer and port. Service is included in the bill.
Central location. Staff is very welcoming, attentive and pleasant. Serving is fast. Food is good, tasty portion are perfect in size. Do try it if you have the chance.
A fantastic restaurant with a great vibe even on a Thursday night. The food was mouth watering delicious, highly recommend it. Treated my boyfriend to a birthday meal, as you can see from the photos, he was not disappointed Food: 5/5
Good quality, well sourced produce and ingredients are at the heart of their seasonal menus. The kitchen pass runs along the back wall so the chef’s preparation is on show. The service is good and the food comes to the table perfectly cooked and hot. This was particularly for the roast dinners and my pistachio soufflé which steamed as my spoon sank into its mint green moussy depths. No picture of my pork rib eye with pork crackling, apple sauce abd pear chutney as I dived straight in. Pommes Dauphinois - the potatoes were whisper thin and melted into the touch of cream - divine. Spring cabbage simply steamed and unadorned - shows understanding and confidence in the kitchen. Such good value and a convivial atmosphere too.
Fantastic place to take family or friends for a great meal. We loved it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Food: 5/5
Beautiful decoration from entrance, reception to dining areas. We came for the Sunday roast and the food is OK. The staff are helpful. Parking: Plenty of street parking or car park nearby.
Excellent food, fab service set in a great atmosphere.
Brasserie Blanc is one of the most elegant restaurants in Cheltenham. Stylish and sophisticated decor makes it a very pleasant environment to dine in. The dining area is very spacious and light, you feel comfortable at your table and far enough away from other tables. The staff are very warm and friendly, eager to please without being pushy. We were there on 24 September 2021, we didn't have a booking, but staff kindly found a table for us for 1.5 hours. We had the most delicious Halibut in leek sauce with prawn crushed potatoes , it was absolutely delectable, I would highly recommend it! The wine was Stellenbosch chablis and was a perfect accompaniment to the fish. This was a wonderful experience and friendly staff and the waiter made us feel welcome and special.
