The Bramley house in Chatteris is a delightful family run B&B in the centre of town. We use it every year for some of our guests to our annual farm party. Everyone has loved it. We have great confidence in the service and staff. Thank you. George Munns

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with staff in a hotel and I was only trying to book the room! I'm just so glad I don't have to stay there and endure the shocking rudeness of the woman who answered the phone and I'm not surprisad she didn't give her name. I asked for a quiet room at the back and I was told there aren't any quiet rooms and would I prefer to go somewhere else! Absolutely laughable service. She is a truly pathetic manager. Then having persuaded her that the room would be ok I just asked if I could have a late breakfast and the woman got really shirty and said "if twenty other guests can make it down for beakfast I don't see why you can't and I'm not making breakfast just for you and would I like to cancel the room" I said that I was sure that the room would be fine but it was a shame about the breakfast and that I would use the cafe nearby. She replied that she had obviously upset me so she was cancelling the room and put the phone down. I can reassure her I was not upset and that I am grateful to have found out what a dreadful little HMO this is without actually having to stay there. Avoid at all costs!
