I was really pleased with Bradshaws from the beginning to the end of the process. They marketed the house well, kept in touch at all times and found us the right buyer at the right price.  It took a while to sell but that was because we weren't in a rush and were happy to wait for the price we wanted. Other agents wanted to market the house at a much lower price but with the help of Bradshaws we achieved the best price! All the staff are really friendly and helpful, well done! If I have the need for another property sale in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Bradshaws.

Warren and Daniel @ Bradshaws, Dunstable are absolutely fantastic. We bought our home from them and were so pleased with the buying process, we went back to them when it was time to sell last year. 
They sold our house for a figure we were expecting, we couldn’t have been happier, after sales was fab, they kept us up to date via both email and phone and kept just enough pressure on the purchasers to complete our sale in a timely manner:)

I would not hesitate in recommending them both to anyone looking to buy or sell in Dunstable and surrounding areas.

Bradshaws were fantastic when selling our home; very professional, responsive and knowledgeable, we had an asking price offer within a week of putting the house on the market. We contacted a number of estate agents at the time and Bradshaws were in a different league to the rest. I would not hesitate to use them next time we move house.

Having dealt with numerous Estate Agents for over 20 years I can honestly say Bradshaws are my number one.  A professional, knowledgeable and experienced sales and lettings team with good local knowledge and the expertise it takes to give a first class service.  Highly Recommended.

Good experience. Bradshaws are pleasantly old fashioned, which means you get very good service. They do use computers though! But seriously, selling my property was about as pain-free as anyone could expect. Glad I chose them.
