Alexander & Co has been serving Dunstable, Luton and the surrounding area for 46 years.

Story

Founded in 1970, Alexander & Co has grown to become one of the largest estate agencies in South Bedfordshire, providing a comprehensive range of property services to Dunstable, Luton and the surrounding villages.

Our highly experienced and specialised teams offer a wealth of local knowledge across a full range of services including residential sales and lettings, property management, land and new homes, commercial sales and lettings and professional services.

Many of the team are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring that clients can expect the highest standards of professional conduct at all times.

The sales team prides itself on an efficient and approachable attitude, tailoring its marketing techniques to meet clients’ individual needs. Led by Jason Lake, a long-standing member of the Alexander & Co team since 1982, the department’s aim is to consistently surpass client expectations when achieving a sale.

The dedicated residential lettings and property management teams deliver a professional and compliant service with client care at its core. From new landlords with no previous experience in the sector to established investors with large portfolios, the team’s expertise provides every client with first class assurance, advice and management skills to advance their investment. The team has been overseen by Stuart McMillan since 2001, and has grown to manage more than 350 properties.
