Bully boy tactics from Rebecca and Sam at this company. After weeks of harassment and telling them that all claims made were completed in 2019 they badgered me for information. Clearly after discussions with loan company it is obvious this company are incompetent. They claimed not to have not had sight of the final response letter. They invoiced me for fees in 2019 which I paid. When I queried how they could raise an invoice if they had not had the final response letter their response was they had no copy of letters on file. They sent me an invoice alledging breach of contract??? I am still left shaking my head in disbelief at the incompetence from the staff so advice to anyone considering dealing with myclaimsolved is don't bother.
So gave the company a go, after several attempts requesting an update on the open claims, I had no response... until I requested them to cancel all open claims. If they do not have the professional courtesy to respond to your emails, why let tem have your business, is my thinking. Anyway 3 requests to cancel my claims and this is the response: "If you no longer want to proceed, I will close down your claims and no further action will be taken. To confirm, if you wish to cancel, this will be passed to our legal department to review for breach of contract. If you still wish to cancel your claims with us, please let me know." Breach of contract.... think they have a legal obligation to respond to there customer queries and questions, as they represent the customer. So in my opinion, although friendly staff at the beginning after 6/8 months they can't be bothered with you as a customer so I wouldn't recommend the company at all.
Amazing company to work for. Never had any issues with either pay or other staff members whilst working here for almost 4 years now. I have even recruited a family member to work here too! Started as an Office Junior on work experience and have now worked in almost every different team in the company whilst progressing my career. Very well organised management hierarchy, never having to worry about waiting to speak to a senior colleague about any issues. The pay is pretty good too. Will continue to work here for the foreseeable future, as well as trying to recruit more family members!!
My experience with My Claim Solved was brilliant. It was a fast, wide ranging and comprehensive assessment of all of my potential claims for compensation. The staff were friendly, reliable ,skilled and kept me well informed at all times. I would strongly recommend them to friends or family who might be owed compensation.
Despite stating they don't cold call people on their website I am receiving a daily call from these people. I have never knowingly contacted them myself, so therefore they are cold calling me. I have blocked their number, it goes direct to voicemail, they don't leave a message, yet these nuisance calls continue. If it doesn't stop I will report them both to the TPS and the Financial Ombudsman.
Took 36% of MY money that was owed, I don't mind paying something but I find this percentage is extortionate for sending a letter. My advice is don't make the mistake of using these PPI firms like I did send your own letter or contact the business that you think mis-sold you. I got scammed.
Brilliant customer service and always on the ball. They have helped me with more than one ppi claim at the same time, saving me time and money in the long run. I would and have already highly recommended this company to friends and family. 5 star rating all the way
Complete time-wasters. Tried to make a complaint about a mis-sold Whole-of-Life policy as not suitable for the customer's needs - it was actually a term assurance policy. Will try on any complaint they can and don't pay any attention to see if it is appropriate or any chance of being upheld. I feel sorry for the customer as they now probably think they had the wrong policy set up for them and hoping for a substantial pay-out, when their complaint will be rejected as it was correct for them.
Used my claim solved for my packaged bank account complaint. Easy process and the staff were really helpful. Got my refund, highly recommended
Received my cheque for PPI miss selling today. Has taken an age to get bank to pay up, and if not for My Claimed Solved would never have had anything at all and would have given up ages ago. Well worth every penny of there commission. Big thank you
