The cafe has a varied menu with helpful staff. The caravan site is the best site in the north east if your looking for a non club site. The birdlife is exceptional with a brook flowing through the middle of the site. The peace and quiet is a pleasure to behold whether it's a weekday or a weekend and the site fees are very reasonable. It has walks to wolsingham along the river wear for a pint in the local pub and you can get a few groceries in the local shops. If you need a bigger shop there's a larger in crook or further afield in Bishop Auckland

Super little site, friendly staff, exellent facilties,  stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting to see Kynren, will definitely be returning very soon.

Great natural site. Lovely farm shop with local produce and monthly specials. Caravan park set on a working farm so very rustic. Safe play area for children with a farm trail, good sized field for walking the dogs so great for tourers/statics.
