Recommended by my sister in law , and I like to shop local so why not . Amazed on how much stock the shop holds . Good quality and prices were on parr with other retailers . Great weloming service with no pressure tactics . Sat on so many sofas i lost count and explained all the differences etc . Ended buying 2 sofas and a footstall . Kept up to date with the order and nothing was too much trouuble . My thanks to Mike and Pete who were brilliant .
Went into shop was asked if we needed help. We said we would look first and then ask for help. We did that, got answers and purchased product. Very friendly, polite service. Once delivery date is fulfilled I shall up the rating to 5 stars. Shall certainly return. Edited. My beds did arrive in the given time frame. The delivery guys were very good and assembled them for me. So, as promised, upped the review to 5
Great furniture and friendly attentive staff.
Appalling service. One staff member helpful on the phone but not in person. The other not in person either - showed me to where I wanted to look and walked off. The first said I could take a material sample at the end of the week. Turned up that day and was told I had to wait til the afternoon. Waited til midday only to be told his idea of afternoon was 4.00p.m. Had to go away some distance and return later, on a very busy day for me. There were bedheads with the identical fabric on them in the showroom and I was only taking the swatch for over the weekend. I bought a bed head but did not enjoy my experience in the shop one bit.
Appalling Service. We walked in all ready to spend £2500 on furniture, only needing to choose the fabric. Staff were very unhelpful. I asked to see the Manager and was told that he was too busy. I pointed out that they were about to lose our business and they clearly didn't care. Wrote to the MD and got no response.
Rather overpriced for what they are offering, not a particuarly large range of beds - I felt a rather unorganised and outdate shop.
Very professional with help and advice on the products that were purchased
A little of everything but everything is great. Mike and Andrew are brilliant!
Nice .knowledge ,of staff good . Not pushy lots of choice.
Good selection of furniture although didn't have what we were looking for.
