Been using this petrol station for years but I wont be back. As soon as the self service tills came in its impossible to get served at the counter if you want to pay cash. Even if someone is serving they will then proceed to make coffees. That's fine if you are serving on your own but when there are two staff members standing chatting whilst filling shelves then that is very poor customer service. At peak times the queue shouldn't be five deep with someone re stocking crisps.....
Petrol Station is clean and ran by a great bunch of staff. Always happy to serve and assist. M&S store inside with it's usual selection. Also got the rolls and coffee on the go. For the eco people it has an ultra fast charging station. Truck fueling section available. No car wash.
Some of the pumps at the hgv fill point have been broken for months. Staff prefer to talk and gossip in the back office than serve. Often shouting if it's card use the self service before continuing their conversations.
Don't bother coming here at night if you want a coffee/latte. That's twice I've come here and was told I can't have a coffee. Because they've cheaped out, reduced the store to one member of staff and they can't make coffee on their own lol.
I went to fill air for my car.The most wonderful part is that how they allocate space for air filling and the position they kept the machine.I was not able to see the display as it faces to another side where you have to rely on the sound from the machine or need ask someone to see the machine to know how much air is there and when is stop.
