This petrol station don’t let me fill this petrol tank because the guy who works in said it’s not allowed and said it needs to be metal, and he couldn’t show me any evidence that’s this needs to be metal, so just watch out people, horrible service!!!
I went there for car wash today. I put £2 coin, machine swallowed then I put another £1 twice then machine started. Gave me 6 minutes when time is going to finish I put another £2 coin. Machine gave me any time. Then I spoke to the staff about this problem. She accepted problems with machine She said manager isn’t here so she said I will tell the manager. Can’t refund u. I went back spoke to the manager he said machine had no problem. So he refused to refund money. I believe they’re robbed customers. So be careful if you’re using their service. Manager is rude, ill mannered, ignorant.
Trying to collect or return parcels here is a nightmare. Forever not finding things and arguing they didn't have it when it was there and then saying barcodes won't scan so cannot return items as they will just get lost.nnSeem unable to understand that the returns label comes from the company and that the problem is with them not being able to follow basic instructions.nnBest to use elsewhere for parcel collection.
Shop is always spotless & coffee machine is consistently well kept & stocked up. There are 2 members of staff that provide a very warm welcome and good service. The others are OK
Recently, It had an extension to the shop. Which has improved the offer considerably. Fuel price was competitive although the prices in the shop tend to be on the pricey side.
