Came accross the Rudest Staff member today. Male, dark skinned, black short hair, facial hair. Snatched a 95pence item back from my hands even though he had already taken my £1 coin. Never looked at me, gave no reason or communication just grunts. My 5pence change was given in the same manor ( not that I much cared for it by then anyway). I had to ask if he was now content with the transaction. To which he begrudgingly grunted with a head shake. What kind of animals are BP employing??? Bloody disgusting behaviour.

We have just broken down on the motorway, there are three members of staff present and they are the rudest people I have ever come across. We've been sat outside my husband and I my siblings and my toddler, they're walking past us looking at us like we're stray animals. No customer service, no help, not even asking if we're okay. Rude people and I will be taking this matter much further than this!!!
