Staff here are diabolical. So rude everytime. Have had to use them to collect a yodel parcel as I'd forgotten to change my settings after my last shocking visit there. Was met agin with rude staff. Cant be bothered with you push parcel back to you. Told printer still not working even though I had no idea its broken. How about remove the function from the site until its fixed? Then sent me to some other store who don't even have yodel! Aldo had to collect from the locker there last week usually have no bother with this as i dont need yo talk to the staff had a pick up guy in front of me blocking my car. Assistant from desk seemed to think this was my fault and rudely said to move my car!. I politely pointed out I was boxed in. Her attitude was also stinking like the girl today and the other girl before that! I hate that I have to go here with no other options near by, so here I am moaning on the Internet in the hope they will get some much needed feedback
I phoned the station to ask are you doing click and collect and the girl said yes and then I bought item from eBay for click and collect but staff refused to accept the item said there scanning system not working what a rubbish service provided and my parcel returned to the seller now I have to wait another week. Cause of there rubbish system
I have just been served by a very surly and unfriendly assistant. A smile and manners were beyond him. Customer service was shocking. He threw the Yodel /Vinted parcels to be collected. Used the car wash again but don’t know why ! The jets don’t work well and the gloss finish useless. Go elsewhere folks to wash your car !
Some of most rude and unhelpful staff I have ever met. Upon arriving to see the pumps closed for refueling I parked around the corner and walked inside, waiting at the counter to ask what time they would be reopening. Five minutes pass with no help and another person is waiting in line. Walk outside to find the attendant talking to the gentleman doing the refuel. After letting him know there are two people waiting he says to wait five minutes. Guess what, on waiting five minutes - nothing. Walk back outside to which he now tells me "we're closed", okay that may be the case but you've got two people inside this whole time waiting for you to return. I ask when the pumps will reopen, he tells me 10 minutes. The person refueling says 20. They tell the other guy waiting 30. To top it off he tells me the door is locked so there is no way I was waiting IN the shop, nevermind the guy who'd came in for milk and stood there with me. Sitting on the wall for "fifteen minutes" close to 40 waiting for the pumps to reopen he then approaches to ask if I want to buy something from the shop... Top notch understanding right there. Fuel is fine but the same can't be said for this man.
Customer service is shocking, attendants are very ignorant always staring at their phones with their headphones in, it’s like your not there, and it happens every time I come here with several different attendants. My partner feels awkward about going in here also. Can’t complain about the fuel it’s BP so it’s good, no problems with that.
Some of the reviews here are well outdated. There has been new management/ownership recently and the chap inside the shop was nothing but helpful and polite when I had to help someone who had ran out of fuel. I've had no issues here.
Pretty decent, staff was perfectly fine and in some point even cheaper prices than Tesco petrol station : new jet wash, if you fan of foam go there you will love it
Shocking bought jump leads from them. They melted plug so returned them to garage to get refund and manager said i did not connect them to car properly and not giving refund.
As usual place. Just for top up petrol good.
