I have shopped at this branch for years, and always find the staff polite and friendly. But today I went in for a few groceries and the girl serving on the till was excellent at being IMPOLITE. She had dark longish hair, she must be quite new as I have never seen her before. I put my items on the counter and she said in a bored irritated voice "do ya need a bag" her words I said no thanks I have one of my own. She then told me the total of my shopping , but I didn't hear her and when I looked at the till screen the price wasn't on the screen??? She didn't say please or thanks once, and was clearly annoyed that I had asked for her to repeat the price. I couldn't understand what her problem was, I said thanks when she gave me the change in the hope she might say thanks back, but no she finished the transaction in her rude impolite way. If she is bored of her job, perhaps she should leave and find a job elsewhere? There are plenty of people looking for jobs, she is definitely in the wrong job
Reliable if you're going for food but for fuel more than often the pumps are shut due to refuelling or other reasons don't rely on it if you're desperate.
The shop is always well looked after and the food is good. The only thing I noticed today was that 3 members of staff didn't have mask on and I thought it was made clear by the government mask to be worn by all staff in shops and customs.
Normally 3 or more pence more expensive than the usually supermarkets, but slightly betters fuels. The shop is excellent as you would expect from M&S, but expensive. Fresh food in the cafe, chilled beers and wines. Can be a pain when they are filling from a tanker as the whole forecourt is closed to vehicles. This doesn't happen with other fuel garages, so why are BP different?
I've ask single espresso and the blonde girl on the till and the skinny guy who make my coffee they start to laf adding allot of comments about my coffee Absolutely unprofessional
Stop here every morning to get my bits for work. Staff are very friendly and chatty even at the time I shop there.
I found the staff to be unhelpful and sarcastic. Would not recommend.
Incompetent / lazy staff. 15 Minutes to get a Coffee. Really!
Always coppers hanging around at these services, otherwise, good services.
